All instruments, unless otherwise stated, carry a full written Guarantee as follows:

For pre-owned instruments:
Price - up to £999 - One Year Guarantee
Price between £1000 - £1999 - Two Year Guarantee
Price £2000 and above - Five Year Guarantee.

New acoustic pianos - generally Manufacturer's Five Year Guarantee.
Some new acoustic pianos have a Manufacturer's Guarantee of Ten Years
Kawai Digital Pianos - Three Year Manufacturer's Guarantee.

We also offer a part-exchange guarantee for pianos with One and Two Year Guarantees:
 we will allow the full purchase price against an upgrade purchase within the guarantee period.*
